Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier, and possible customs delays (for international shipments).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination and package weight/volume.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at support@pawland.store and we'll investigate the delivery status right away.

International Shipments

For orders shipped outside Romania/EU, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, local VAT, or other import fees, depending on the destination country's regulations. These costs are not included in the price shown at checkout.
